The Federation of the COT Corporation, commonly known as COT or "The Corporate Bandits" is a country consisting of 11 States, all of which are controlled by the centralized government in a form of Corporatocracy. COT has a population of 67 million people, making it one of the more medium sized nations in the world. It is located in central Stratea, and borders the economically weaker nations of Costa Rica2, and Washingtonian Republic, as well as the slightly richer Ordem E Pau Grosso.

The nation was founded 79 years ago after a car manufacturer called Serra began monopolizing over the nation of Ontaine's assets. Once Serra had garnered enough financial control, it began a swift and formal transfer of power. The then-premier handed over executive power to the CEO of Serra, and with that, the nation became a Corportocracy. After several years of developing power, the company known as Serra became a branch of the main corporation, COT. Whilst it was considered a controversial move by many of the Serra workers, it was one of the first steps in securing COT as a powerful nation. Since then, the government has been ruled by a board of Directors.

For some time, the nation was fairly stable on the international field. However, engaging in the Stratean War was a major oversight, and led to the imminent downfall of the nation...
