Frigo is a continent of Manala, located nearly entirely within the Southern Hemisphere and spans across both the Western Hemisphere and the Eastern Hemisphere. Frigo is composed of its main landmass as well as numerous smaller surrounding islands. Despite holding the majority of Manala's fresh water supply, it is the driest, coldest, and windiest continent with the highest average elevation. It also contains the geographical South Pole.
