Van Arkride (27 June 2009) is a Calvardian officer currently serving in Task Force 141 under the Long Range Reconnaissance Group.
Back home, Arkride owned a firm called "Arkride Solutions Office" in which he is the owner. He employs 4 of his close friends in the group. They often took odd jobs in exchange for either money and at times, rather oddly, sweets. Of his men, Arkride is rather fond of sweets and does not become picky which to eat. Ever since Calvard had transitioned to democracy in 2021, he was able to take up odd jobs, expanding his operations to the Erebonian Empire or Alteria. Later, Arkride and his group were scouted by René Kincaid, a Captain within the Calvardian Army's intelligence department and offered him a position within the army. Arkride agreed only if he was paid along with sweets, much to the chagrin of his colleagues. He also reunited with his childhood friend and sweetheart, Elaine Auclair.
During the Neocon War, him and his unit found themselves volunteering for Calvard's contribution to the war effort by sending its troops abroad in Africanna and in Europa. In 2033, they found themselves joining theLong Range Reconnaissance Group, where Arkride was awarded with the Calvardian Cross of Valour in 2037.
Within his team, Arkride is the machine gunner and is seen carrying an RT GPSMG.
