Viviana Esperanza Ivanna Michelle Muñoz y Glöckner (19 February 1985) is the incumbent president of Ilari, holding office from 22 November 2022.
Muñoz was born in 19 February 1984 in Iquique to a Ilarian banker and an East Europan artist. She aspired to become a politician, and obtained her bachelor's degree from Juan Martín Cadaval University in 2005. She then worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for three years and then the Ministry of the Interior until 2011 when she campaigned for Member of Congress of her home province of Tarapacá as member of the right-wing Ilarian Popular Front. While working for the Ministry of the Interior, she obtained her master's degree from the University of San Cristóbal de Mórcancha. From 2012 to 2017, she was elected as Member of Congress, before serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs under President Román Amengual. After Amengual's assassination on 13 March 2019, as a consequence of the Kidnapping of Joaquin de Putiguyo Cicerón, she served as Prime Minister under President Mónica Miranda Sacristán, who was Minister of Defense under the Amengual preisdency. On 22 November 2022, Muñoz was elected President of Ilari, with Sacristán and Jose Jacobo Kim serving as her First and Second Vice Presidents, respectively. Muñoz enacted economic policies that helped to steer Ilari into economic prosperity and stability following the Federal Union Association Crisis. During the start of the Neocon War, she was elected to serve a third term due to her disagreements with the leaders of the Global Neoconservative Movement, and led her nation through the Ilarian Civil War against Juan Martín Pareja. After the conflict, she served for a fourth term to once again revitalize Ilari's economy.
Muñoz garnered public acclaim for her leadership and political insights, and is ranked as one of Ilari's best presidents in public polls. Alongside her native language, Muñoz can speak English, German, Archadian, and Joyonghea.
