The Ilarian Civil War, also known as the Parejanista War, was a civil war that raged in Ilari from 21 March 2031 to 26 May 2039. The conflict was fought between the supporters of Heimdallr-aligned president Mónica Miranda Sacristán, known as the Sacristanistas, and those of the Neocon-aligned Juan Martín Pareja, the Parejanistas. From this, the civil war formed another theater of the Neocon War.

Since the Chalcedonic War, relations between Ilari and the Allied High Council were strained. The main instigator for the tension is Sacristán's closer political alignment with the Heimdallr Council, which prompted Concordia's Prime Minister Robert Starkweather to dissolve economic partnerships and military agreements with Ilari. Relationships were officially severed once Ilari agreed to join the Heimdallr Council. Tensions intensified when political and territorial disputes between the Heimdallr and Allied High Councils went awry, and culminated in the declaration of war against the Neocon-aligned Guadosalam Federation. Believing that Guadosalam cannot afford to face the Archadian Federation and Ilari alone with armament support, the Neocon Five organized and supported a coup against Sacristán with Pareja as its leader. The coup ended in success with Pareja taking office, while Sacristán and her supporters fled to Eastern Ilari within close proximity to the Archadian border, and established a government in the city of Pucallpa.

On 21 March, Pareja sent troops to Pucallpa to capture Sacristán and her supporters, but despite taking the city, the Sacristanistas fled to Archadia. Eventually, on 26 May 2039, Pareja resigned due to the effects of the Kataibatic Event, which led to the dissolution of the Pareja cabinet and the reinstallation of Sacristán as president.
