Winston Oxby Brisley was a Jyaueze politician and statesman who became the 2nd Chancellor of Jyau upon the removal of Peter Semmens from power. He is regarded as one of the founding fathers of modern Jyau, being one of the most outspoken figures for independence and a proponent of the Hickling Act. He only served 9 months as Chancellor from September of 1919 to June of 1920, losing reelection to Dudley Witcher and the New Labour Party.
