Łukôsz Władëmar Stanek (Leco-Osonian: Üucòx Vüademar Stanec) was the second President of Lecistan from 11 November 1971 to 2 May 1975, as well as leader of Free Lecistan. Born in Szimóngôcz in 1918, Stanek was elected mayor in 1967 under the National Party ticket, but later split from the party in 1971 to form the fascistic Free Lecistan, and was soon appointed to the Presidency a few months later by Michôł I, forming a minority government. His presidency was plagued by controversy, ending up with Free Lecistan's defeat in the 1975 general election and Stanek officially retiring from politics in 1976. He passed away on 15 October 1986 from heart failure at the age of 68.
