The Assembly of Caithia (Caithian: Cynulliad Ynys Cyth, Ghaillish: Tionól na Cait), commonly known as the Cynulliad, is the devolved legislature of the autonomous county of Caithia, within the Kingdom of Caldia.

Stipulations in the Caithian Home Rule Bill, designed to quell pro-independence protests on the islands, provided for the foundation of the Assembly in 1980, following the first Caithian legislative elections. The 32-member body is elected via single transferable vote, and sits for a five year term. The current government is a unionist coalition headed by Aoife Nic Dhiarmaid, comprising the Social Democrats in Caithia, the Trawlers' Interest Party and The Wave, with confidence and supply provided by Liberty and Justice.
