The Alexandria-Prussia Department of Human Services is a cabinet-level department in Alexandria-Prussia central government. The Department based in Kingston has six program offices that administer services that provide care and support to Alexandria-Prussia’s most vulnerable citizens. Services include eligibility and benefits determination, national foster care system, early childhood development, services for persons with developmental disabilities, autism services, long term living programs, management of the central psychiatric hospitals, and management of the Medical Assistance physical and behavioral health care programs.
