The Alexandria-Prussia Office of Administration (OA) is a cabinet-level agency in Alexandria-Prussia. The office is responsible for managing the information technology support for all central government department, agencies, boards, and commissions. The office is responsible for all human resource management of HM Central Government employees, including issues related to salaries and benefits, job classifications, training, and recruitment.

In 2017 all HR and IT bureaus where merged and placed in OA. All government agencies will be grouped into "delivery centers" which will provide HR and IT services to groups of agencies. The groupings are based on factors such as missions, programs and systems. The services provided by the delivery centers will be tied closely to agency business functions (please see chart below). The delivery centers will allow for greater pooling of staff and expertise and set the stage for standardizing services to achieve greater consistency and quality while reducing costs. They will also provide opportunities for employees to expand their knowledge and skills as they interact with other agencies that are part of their centers.
