The Alexandria-Prussia Department of Human Services was a cabinet-level department in Alexandria-Prussia central government. The Department based in Kingston has six program offices that administer services that provide care and support to Alexandria-Prussia’s most vulnerable citizens. Services include eligibility and benefits determination, national foster care system, early childhood development, services for persons with developmental disabilities, autism services, long term living programs, management of the central psychiatric hospitals, and management of the Medical Assistance physical and behavioral health care programs.

In July 2020, after years of growing the Department of Health and Human Services was formed from the merging of Humans Services with the Department of Health.

The final Secretary of Human Services was Charles W. Smith.

Health and Human Services Delivery Center provides HR and IT services to groups of agencies.
Office of General Counsel is an independent office that helps guide and interpret laws as well as providing legal services to the departments or offices of HM Government.
