Under King -INSERT NAME-, the Kingdom of Beatavic began to invade lands inhabited by the Tunioan tribes. In 19 AD, three Tunioan legions were defeated by King -insert name-. By 100 AD, Beatavician tribes had settled along the shores of Tunio, occupying most of modern Tunio. However, around 291, Tunioan peoples in rebellion broke into Beatavician-controlled lands. After the invasion of Sutas in 375, and with the decline of Beatavic's kingdom from 395, Tunioan tribes moved farther southwest: the Sutas established the Kingdom of Sutaland and pushed east to subjugate the shores, and areas of what is today eastern Beatavic were inhabited by Western Sutas tribes.

Areas of Beatavic independent of Sutas control were referred to as Magna Beatavici. Modern scholars sometimes refer to the Magna Beatavici as Free Beatavic or Beatavic Barbaricum. As parts of Sutas social engineering efforts, large numbers of Beatavicians were settled within Sutas territory in order to prevent revolts by resident tribes.

Beatavic (Dutch: Prachtige Kust), officially the Republic of Beatavic (Dutch: De Republiek van Mooie Kust), is a nation located in Euronia bordering the North Samson Ocean to the east, Niswibik to the south, Tunio to the north and Drezquenia to the east. It consists of 11 provinces, and is ruled by Prime Minister Marlijn Zallandt. The federal capital is Gran Telea however, the status of capital city has been temporarily moved to Amstelvoort due to the 2021 Beatavic Tsunami and Earthquake.

Approximately 30,000 years ago, the Askuwheteau first settled Beatavic most likely to flee from rival tribes based off cave writings. As time passed on civilitations would be created, most notibly the Vronses who settled near the Gran Telea river however that would change as disease plagued the civilitations and would kill off most civilitations in Beatavic. The remaining civilitations would flee. The country would again be settled by tribes 600-700 years ago and would remain in Beatavic until 1531 when a group of people from Den Haag, a region/territory in Drambenburg would settle nearby the Telea tribe. When encountered the settlers would see the tribe as a threat and would kill off the tribe. Shortly after that Delmenkirchen would be established, which would be named the capital city. However in 1899 it would be renamed to Gran Telea.

In 1948 Beatavic would enter it's worst economic disaster, with 3/4 jobs lost and 14% would go homeless and even forced Eldert Groen to resign, prompting a special election. Koen Cerfontain won the special election and lifted 5% of people out of homelessness while creating 500,000 jobs, mainly in Infrastructure. In 1949 Beatavic would be involved in The World War, creating 300,000 war jobs, which lifted the nation from an economic depression and lifting an additional 4,000,000 people out of poverty.

Beatavic is a Federal parliamentary constitutional republic. The nation's head of state is the prime minister. Beatavic has been a member of Associative Council of Neutrality as of October 16th, 2021.

Etymology

The origin of the name of Beatavic is unclear although the name dates back to when Telea tribe used the word Béátóvic, although the meaning is disputed. Some say it means Coastline while others say it means ocean.
