Sporting Maegnitersburg (Frarstizkian: Esportar Maegnitersburg) is a highly successful football team located in Maegnitersburg, Frarstizk (formerly Hiblund). The team is currently participating in the top tier of the Frarstizk Liig Dofriɣ. Sporting Maegnitersburg has won the Frarstizk A Liig Dofriɣ twenty-seven times, the most of any club in Frarstizk. They have also won the ACLC twice, and the Assilic Ciumervaii fourteen times, the most of any other club. The club was formed in 1890 by Hervald Palcxes, a Hiblundiiun football coach who quickly established the football club for the Harletical Fiutvel Iede.

Since 1986, Sporting Maegnitersburg have played their home games at Kexsár SportStadium, (formerly Akernos Arena) with a capacity of 85,050, the highest of any club in the Frarstizk A Liig Dofriɣ. Sporting Maegnitersburg has one of Anteria's highest average attendance numbers per game.

The main colors for Sporting Maegnitersburg have been gold, white, and yellow since Frarstizk's Independence from Hiblund from there on granting their nickname, Golden Stallions. Sporting Maegnitersburg is one of the richest clubs in the world thanks to Derolden Xaks, the first king of Frarstizk.

History

Sporting Maegnitersburg was founded on August 23, 1890 by football coach Hervald Palcxes who at the time coached a recreational football club called Palcxes' Nomads. The Nomads were a very successful team at the recreational level and Palcxes was one of the best managers in now Frarstizk. During the same time, an association in Vovilveante, the capital of Hiblund was attempting to form a football league a step-up from recreational leagues. There had been other organized professional leagues, but there weren't enough people interested in them to keep them going. The goal of this new league was to provide the entire nation of Hiblund quality football. This was the Harletical Fiutvel Iede. On August 23, 1890, Hervald Palcxes recieved a telegraph inviting him and his team to be in the Harletical Iede representing the city of Maegnitersburg. Palcxes accepted and named his new team Esportar Maegnitersburg. A few months later, Esportar Maegnitersburg began their first season in the Harletical Iede.

In 1946 after Frarstizk's Independence, Derolden Xaks was chosen to be the first king of Frarstizk. As a kind gesture, Xaks gifted the nation with diamonds and gold. The Frarstizkian government then gave the diamonds and gold to the most popular cities. Eamni had received the most because of being the capital city, and Maegnitersburg got the second most. Before Frarstizk independent, the nation Hiblund had been in charge of Maegnitersburg and had done some major renovations and repairs to the city as a whole. When Maegnitersburg had the diamonds and gold, there was no need to renovate again, so the mayor of Maegnitersburg at the time, Sedol Esduir, gave a large portion of it to Sporting Maegnitersburg. Now, Sporting Maegnitersburg had plenty of money to assemble an elite football team. With some of the best players in the nation, many people became fans of the club and with a huge stadium, lots of fans were able to attend games. Because the public interest in the club was so high, and lots of people going to games, Sporting Maegnitersburg has earned profit. With all the money snowballing for years, Sporting Maegnitersburg has been capable of maintaining their dominance even today with Frarstizk's most premium players.

Harletical Fiutvel Iede

In the premier season of the newly formed Harletical Fiutvel Iede, Sporting Maegnitersburg displayed a better performance than critics had expected finishing third. Following that season, the attention from people sparked and the test had enough money to move into a full-time stadium which they had lacked season prior. In the 1891-92 Harletical season, Vovilveante '89 star Torrexel Ɣasteir suffered a broken leg after landing awkwardly after a header. Vovilveante '89 had no other depth among players and struggled for the rest of the season. Sporting Maegnitersburg started to pick up their play and finished the season second place behind SV Vovilveante. Torrexel Ɣasteir was still injured for the first quarter of the next season, and Sporting Maegnitersburg was confident they could at least place second. Throughout the season, Sporting Maegnitersburg continued winning, and in the end won their first Harletical Iede title. The following year, Sporting Maegnitersburg could not find a goalkeeper so they had to settle with nineteen year old Surresk Obleic. Later in his carrer, Obleic would become one of the best keepers in his generation, but not being experienced lead to his club placing ninth. In the summer of 1894, the management of Sporting Maegnitersburg signed a replacement goalkeeper for the club and VfL Neu Volfsbeurg signed Surresk Obleic. Maegnitersburg went on to place second again with SV Vovilveante placing first yet again. In 1899, Sporting Maegnitersburg placed first in the league against rivals Atletisk Eamni. The next year, 1900, displayed a repeat of the 1899 with Sporting Maegnitersburg placing first and Atletisk Eamni second. Sporting Maegnitersburg had a quiet two years after that, placed second in 1903, then went another few years hovering around fifth place and then in 1907 placed second falling short only to SV Vovilveante. From 1908 to 1913, Sporting Maegnitersburg had a good squad, but was constantly dealing with contracts and injuries. Sporting Maegnitersburg did not compete in the 1910 season because of contracting issues with their former arena and did not have a stadium to play in. Maegnitersburg won back to back years in 1914 and 1915, then placed second once again in 1919. Sporting Maegnitersburg did not win a championship or even achieve second place in the 1920s mostly because of the dominance of Boylinaruɣaun FC, SC Bernital, and SV Vovilveante. Sporting Maegnitersburg finally recovered in 1930 with second place and then wining the league for the first time in sixteen years in 1931 and again in 1932. Maegnitersburg won again in 1937 and then won their last Harletical Iede title in 1941. Boylinaruɣaun FC won the last five championships in the league's history.

Frarstizk Liig Dofriɣ

In 1946 the Hiblundiiun government mandated the language Hiblundiiun. The East Hiblundiiuns did not appreciate this change because of the lacking public school system in the East. At the time, Sedel was the main language in Hiblund and East Hiblund and was fairly simple to learn. With the rise of the H Religion, the new Hiblundun language seemed overly complicated and East Hiblund did not have the money to teach the entire population another language even though the nation as a whole decided that Sedel needed to be reformed. East Hiblund clearly did not want to comply and so the H religion implied death threats and fines. Because of all this, on July 18, 1946, Frarstizk, formerly known as East Hiblund became independent.

Many executives and die-hard fans of the Harletical try to blame that the reason for their folding is only because of Frarstizk's Independence, and although that was certainly going to debunct the league anyway, exposed documents from the headquarters of the organization state that they would officially fold in 1950 due to their budget, or lack thereof, if things didn't get a drastic change. With the fear of going into even deeper debt that they already had, they had no instict to push the league through advertisements or any other way, and rather see what events take place and hope for the best.

Hiblund and Frarstizk both decided that the best way to keep peace and independence when regarding football is to split up and abandon the old league. Instead, the winners of both leagues would play each other in the Assilic Ciumervaii, as requested by fans and governments alike. One day after this took place, the Harletical Iede officially folded on July 19th, 1946, leaving the organization hopeless to pay off their debts. After this was done, the main football league in Hiblund was undecided for seven straight years, and this span was given the name of the Sciedfelt Stretch.
