The Mesogeian Imperial family (Greek: Μεσογειακή αυτοκρατορική οικογένεια) comprises Empress Elena II, and her relations, collectively making up the members of the Imperial house of Troadinos.

Since 1840 all male-line descendants of Emperor Michael XIV and Empress Theodora III, are considered to be members of the Imperial house by right. Currently the children and male-line grandchildren of the reigning monarch, and previous monarchs, the children of the eldest son of the Despot and all of the current or widowed consorts of previous monarchs are entitled to the style of His or Her Imperial Highness.

The Titles and styles of the Imperial Family are as follows:
