Other important shareholders are Latins holdings such as UL Argentaria, and Rezeses Corporations investors. The remaining shares are free floated.

History

With the end of the Drevstranese Civil War, chemist Simon Oldovar was de-mobilized from the Orbraggists forces, and returned to his homeland in the Furodommark. There, he repurposed some of the installations established to keep-up with the military demands of Orbraggar and his men into a fertilizer plant. Edrihme Fertilizer Manufacture was thus the original name of what would become Oldokem.

By 1930, Oldovar had expanded his operations and renamed his company "Edrihme Chemicals" in 1928 to reflect its broader production. The following year, he bought back the Pyroveny Dyestuff Manufacturing Company and began a fine chemical business in Barbellon. After all of these acquisitions, the company brand would once again be changed, with the modern name of Oldhato Kemizverek Gyárt, "Solluble Chemicals Manufactures", finally appearing in official documents.

In 1941, the company opened a new plant in Pristlav while also making the acquisition of Pristlav Plastics. After 1944, Arsuf Oldovar, son of Simon Oldovar, even moved the company' Headquarter to Pristlav to be closer to the country' exchange centers. Arsuf would become semi-famous as a member of the so-called Clique of Pristlav, and as one of the men behind Marveil Urshlo rise to power.

In 1973, the Oldovar Research Center is established to reinforce research and development activities on pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals. The same year, Oldokem sold all of its Plastic and Petrochemical branch to the Ferrett Group. Two years later, following the changes in Drevstran' financial network, Oldokem once again moved its Headquarter. This time to the capital, Angrast.
