Appointment
The Minister of Justice, like all other ministers in the cabinet, are direct appointees of the Emperor. They serve at their leisure and command.

Per Article 37 of the Constitution, the Minister of Justice shall preside over, manage and oversee the Law Council, the nation's parliament.
