The M21 is a motorway in Makko Oko which links the northern nation to Makko Oko through Taupo and which therein links to the other motorways and therefore to the National Route Network. Notably, the M21, even with how important it is to transportation, is not a part of the NRN due to the province's refusal to join it and be subjected to their regulations and oversight.
