The term federal wildlife was coined in the 18th century but is actually a incorrect term as it only refers to the animals of Scandera and the newer term "Scanderan wildlife" have gained popularity amongst modern scientists due to the larger area included in the absolute royal federation. Due to the cold and dark nature of Scandera so have most animals adopted to those conditions and most animals have grown large and covered in a protective layer of fur to shield them from the winter cold.

These situations have given birth to large herds of woolly mammoths and rhinos that walks over the northern plains or packs of rubbiks, myskoxen and Vinsents that stalks the southern parts of the nation. It is also the home of several large predators that lives on those herd animals and large wyverns, dragons, and griffins flies in the sky while the massive horse wolves stalk large pray just as large packs of Wolf rats, wolves and lions adapted for the cold nordic climates hunt for the smaller pack animals or tries to catch larger baby animals amongst lonely predators like bears, sabre-teeth and Snow leopards.

The northern shorelines are filled with thick seal birds, walruses and seals while the south is the home of large bird populations and the oceans are the home of sea serpents, whales and dolphins. However noteworthy that due to the fact that Scandera was for ages very isolated and surrounded by massive ocean on all sides meant that migration birds that moved away from the continent is a rear sight and instead does most birds simply migrate to the southern islands and southern Imeriata and Erathia instead.
