Samuel Discher is a Zamastanian politician, lawyer, and accountant who served as the 43rd Secretary of the Treasury of Zamastan, serving from 2016 under President Zacharias Castovia, Anya Bishop and Foley Sakzi until 2020 with the election of Atticus Moreau. Before his work in the administration, Discher worked for investment bank Zian Trust for 17 years, eventually becoming its Chief Information Officer. After he left Zian Trust in 2002, he worked for and founded several hedge funds.
