Kalea beat Shoassau 3-0 for third place. In the final match, Versenia defeated the host team 2-1 for their second title, their previous title having occured two years earlier in 1991. 19 years later at the 2012 Porte-Lyon World Cup, Zamastan would get retribution and defeat Versenia in the final.
