Portuária (Produese: Portuária) is a city on the coast of southwestern Produzland. It is the capital and largest city of the state of Portuária, as well as the third most populous municipality of Produzland. With a population of 1.8 million within city limits, its urban area extends to numerous neighbouring municipalities within the Province of Portuária and is home to around 2.7 million people.

Portuária's history spans about 2,800 years, making it one of the oldest cities in Lira and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. According to most scholars, it was founded about 770 BC by the Calmatians as Ciutat Portuària, meaning "Port City". From the 6th century BC the city was under the hegemony of Ancient Calmatia, and from 218 BC, it was ruled by the Orthurian Empire as Portuaria. After the fall of the empire and the collapse of the Kingdom of Calmatia, it was under the rule of the Kingdom of Cadascun, but in 1267, the Crown of Cavale gained control during the Produese Wars of Unification. The archaeological remains and monuments from the Early Calmatian, Orthurian, Late Calmatia, and Beoist eras make the historic center of the city an "open museum", displaying its history of nearly 3,000 years.
