| The Arucian Cooperation Organization has its roots in the aftermath of the [[Great War (Kylaris)|Great War]], when [[Estmere]] established the [[Oriental Commonwealth]], which comprised of the Estmerish [[Colony of Imagua]], the Estmerish-occupied [[Sanslumiere]], and the [[Sabanas|Mandate of the Sabanas and Santi Aquila e Priscilla]] in late 1935. While this effort was extremely short lived, particularly after Estmere collapsed into chaos, leading to Sanslumiere declaring its independence, this was seen as a proof of concept that cooperation can be done between states in the Arucian.
