Template:Infobox Former Country The Second Republic of Oteki (Luziycan: Secundis Respublika i Oteki) was a short-lived state founded by Otekian separatist rebels after they seized control of most parts of Oteki (Txotai) in the Otekian rebellion in Txotai. It lasted from July 4, 1966 (NMR 2306) to December 25, 1970 (NMR 2310), before the People's Republic of Namor retook the region. The SRO was backed by East Luziyca and a handful of other countries, but it was not recognized by Namor, which considered the state the product of an illegitimate rebellion.

Three presidents served during the time of the SRO's existence - Gregory Kudyev from 1966 to 1967, Jason Shumev from 1967 to 1969, and Peterson Chikmurdof in 1970.
