Albrecht Manfred Neumann; (22 October 1878 – 12 September 1969) was a Besmenian politican and statesman who was the 4th Prime Minister of Besmenia from 1944 to 1956. Previously, Neumann was Vice Prime Minister of Besmenia from 1940 to 1944 and chairman of the Liberal Citizen's Party of Besmenia from 1933 to 1959. Between 1940 to 1944 Neumann was the federal minister for foreign affairs.

His term of office was mainly shaped by the historical 1949 Tofino Summit and the World War. An easy and peaceful rapprochement between East Besmenia and West Besmenia also shaped his term of office.

Dear fellow citizens of the Federal Republic of Besmenia, I hereby announce that our country is entering the war in Euronia.
