The Second Congress of Ishikawa is an ongoing diplomatic summit hosted by the Government of Nifon. Among other things, items of discussion include the fate of Bashriyya following the Nifonese-Inyurstan intervention aginst its invasion of Sugogo, as well as the ongoing Wenchuanese refugee crisis.
