The Euronia Football Confederation is a governing body of association football, beach soccer, and futsal in some countries/territories in Euronia. It operates under the World Cup Organization and hosts an annual championship in the EFC Cup, as well as its sub-federation titles. EFC consists of the national football associations of Euronia, and runs national and club competitions including the EFC Euronia Championship, EFC Nations League, EFC Champions League, and also controls the prize money, regulations, as well as media rights to those competitions.

The current president is Miguel Artando, a former Football Association of East Chanchajilla president, who was elected as EFC's 8th president in 2019.
