Joseph Deloffre (born June 3, 1971) is a Zamastanian politician and pastor who currently serves as the Chief of Staff in the administration of president Arthur Davidson. He previously served as the representative for Zian's 30th district, which includes the Tofino neighborhoods of North Coone, South Coone, Hapson Heights, and Kerrisdale. He is also the head pastor of North Coone Fellowship Church. First elected to national office in 2006, Deloffre became a prominent member of the GLP as a leading activist in the campaign to expand ZamCare and cut military spending.
