The Veccuk Empire is a major imperialist state located in the Kibos Arm and Outer Band of the Talin Galaxy. Technologically advanced and millennia old, the Empire is an oligarchy founded under the absolute rule of the Veccuk from their homeworld and capital of Hathilia. The empire is dedicated to imposing the its vision of "order" upon the galaxy, bringing all other civilizations under its control. The Empire has immediate adversaries in the Galactic Union and Covenant, the first of which hold a fragile but lasting peace, and the latter entering into frequent conflict with them.
