Otackopno shares a northern land border with Carstvogot and Tokamisë. In addition, its exclave, Zapadnaluka, is located entirely within the territory of Carstvogot, whose territory was controlled by Otackopno until 19XX. It is bordered by Quldar to the south, Curonia and Nasipa to the west. In addition, it shares a maritime border with Aegion and Carstvogot via the island of Istočpija.
