Portland is the Largest City in Winst with a total population of 5 Million. It is a major manufacturing and trade hub located on the mouth of the Silvil river, and served as the main port of entry into Winst.
The city is famous for being the site of the Portland revolt a failed uprising against the Grand Duchy and the Lunder Empire. The city still has a deeply entrenched republican pride as the epicenter of the Revolution.
It's massive international district is also a major tourist attraction where tastes and smells from around Olympus can be found.
