Die Totenkopf Unternehmen (lit: The Deathshead Company) is a group of skilled generals and soldiers under the command of SS-Obergruppenfuhrer Rupprecht Grünspan. The group oversees the implementation of the special projects as well as carrying out brutal mass killings and assassinations. A colleague and best friend of SS-Obergruppenfuhrer Grünspan; Generalmajor der Polizei, Hermann Gruber formed the first Totenkopf group and the Secret Police, called the SS-Sicherheitspolizei in 1965. The group was believed to be responsible for several killings in the Atlantic Federation and in Gallia-Bruhl during the War of Lorican Aggression. The group also was responsible for creating the Geheimabteilung, the Imperial Special Forces which Gruber commanded during the War of Lorican Aggression.

Imperial Crisis

The group's activity became known to the world once again during the Imperial Crisis, collaborating with the companies that were working on the Celestial Path project. The group also provided many equipment to ARPAGHARCON, NRPQ, Lorica, the Socialist Republic of Burmia (formerly, the UFRB), and other terrorist groups. The group was notorious at this time for providing Darscen test subjects for the Celestial Path. This atrocity shocked half of the members, which prompted some of its members to rebel and joining the Gneisenau Circle.

The group has been also a target of Task Force 141, Task Force 142, Task Force 219, Task Force 853 and Chienphi Unit Seven throughout the war.
