Kabu (Kabu: Kabupik) is a region and historical nation of Southeast Coius which has been split between the Kabu Republic in the north and the Socialist Republic of Kabu in the south since the conclusion of the Kabu Civil War by the Treaty of City in 1947. The territory of this nation is generally agreed to be the archipelago on which both states sit, which consists of ten major islands organised into three subgroups, yet under some definitions the Gaullican overseas state of Nouvel-Anglet and the Estmerish overseas territory of Kingsport and notably the southern government claims both of these as being part of its territory.

The region has been the site of much diplomatic and geopolitical controversy, as despite the conclusion of the civil war both nations continue to claim each other's territory as their own, being a notable flashpoint in the Great Game between the socialist world, who have traditionally given support to the south, while other notable blocs such as the Euclean Community and COMSED, who have traditionally given support to the north.
