The Seigi Kaikan (Magian:正義 会館; lit. Justice Hall) is the body which oversees Magia Regnum's contract enforcement as well responsible for preserving the peace and independence of Magia Regnum, and maintaining the country’s national security as the protectors of the nation as an interdimensional force primary tasked with monitoring fighting off Otherspawn which may appear.

Leadership

The leader of both the Judicial and Military affairs is the Shuyō (Magian:主要; Chief) and is selected from among the Seigi Kaikan by the Haimajika. The Shuyō typically is expected to serve a term of at least 8 years, however there is no hard rule for their tenure due to the nature of the affairs of the Seigi Kaikan. To assist the Shuyō, the command structures is broken into two Central Commissions, one overseeing judicial affairfs and the other military. The Central Commissions are not organizational equivalent of other government ministries. Each Commission is chaired by a Fuku-Shuyō who serve a deputies to the Shuyō and is made up of senior magical girls belonging to each branch.
