The Seigi Kaikan (Magian:正義 会館; lit. Justice Hall) is a branch of the Kotoba and the body which oversees Magia Regnum's contract enforcement as well responsible for preserving the peace and independence of Magia Regnum, and maintaining the country’s national security as the protectors of the nation as an interdimensional force primary tasked with monitoring fighting off Otherspawn which may appear.
Leadership
The leader of both the Judicial and Military affairs is the Shuryō (Magian:主要; Chief), currently the Magical Girl Haruka "Honey Yohko" Asato, and is selected from among the Seigi Kaikan by the Haimajika. The Shuryō typically is expected to serve a term of at least 8 years, however there is no hard rule for their tenure due to the nature of the affairs of the Seigi Kaikan. To assist the Shuryō, the command structures is broken into two Central Commissions, one overseeing judicial affairs and the other military. The Central Commissions are not organizational equivalent of other government ministries. Each Commission is chaired by a Fuku-Shuryō who serve a deputies to the Shuryō and is made up of senior magical girls belonging to each branch.

Role
The Seigi Kaikan is a key institution in Magia Regnum responsible for overseeing contract enforcement and maintaining the peace and independence of the country. It is often referred to as the "Hall of Justice" and is composed of a panel of judges and military personell to ensure those that are falling to hoka influence are intervened on. In addition to its role in contract enforcement, the Seigi Kaikan is also responsible for preserving the peace and independence of Magia Regnum. This includes maintaining order within the country, as well as defending against external threats. The Seigi Kaikan has its own security forces, known as the "Sentinels" who are responsible for protecting the citizens of Magia Regnum.
The primary goal of the sentinels is to protect the magical world and its inhabitants from all forms of threats, including dangerous magical creatures, rogue magical girls, and otherworldly beings like the Sonohoka and Otherspawn. The Seigi Kaikan is known for their strict training and rigorous selection process, which only admits the most skilled and dedicated magical girls. Members of the Seigi Kaikan undergo extensive physical and magical training, as well as specialized education in combat tactics, intelligence gathering, and diplomacy. In addition to their combat abilities, the Seigi Kaikan is also known for their advanced technological resources, which they use to monitor threats and coordinate responses. They also maintain close ties with other magical girl organizations and communities, working together to share knowledge and resources in the ongoing battle against darkness.

Prior to the establishment of Magia Regnum in it's current form, the position of the Proto-Master, chief executive of the Magian Kraterocracy, held absolute control over all military matters, consolidating immense influence over the government's direction. This concentration of power, while effective in some aspects, also raised concerns about potential abuse and lack of checks and balances. The newly establised Seigi Kaikan, was charged the central institution overseeing the nation's affairs, is comprised of two branches - the Sentinel Service and the Law Enforcement Branch known as the Inspectors Service.
Military
The Sentinel Service, as the military arm of the Seigi Kaikan, was established and charged with responsible for the nation's defense from internal and external threats. Over the centuries, the Sentinels evolved from informal groups of magical girls into a structured and disciplined force Throughout history, the Sentinels have played pivotal roles in safeguarding the realm's peace, independence, and safety. They have over the centuries been involved in major operations against dangerous magical creatures, rogue magical girls who succumbed to negative influences, otherworldly beings seeking to breach the mystical barriers separating dimensions, and occasionally - but sparingly- against other nations.

Law Enforcement
The Inspectors Service is the law enforcement arm of the Seigi Kaikan of Magia Regnum. With a primary focus on upholding justice, maintaining order, and enforcing the nation's laws, the Inspectors dedicate themselves to ensuring the safety and well-being of the realm and its inhabitants. The Inspectors Service is thoughtfully organized into two distinct divisions, each with its specific responsibilities and duties. The Inspection Department forms one integral part of the service, taking on the vital role of conducting thorough investigations into criminal activities, potential threats, and other law-related matters. These skilled investigators are trained to delve into the most intricate and complex cases, seeking to uncover the truth and bring perpetrators to justice. On the other hand, the Detention Bureau comprises the second division, taking charge of the management and supervision of those who have been apprehended or detained. They ensure that all detainees are treated fairly and according to the laws of Magia Regnum, while also implementing measures to prevent escapes or disturbances within detention facilities.
In times of natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies, the Inspectors Service also extends its support, working hand in hand with the Sentinel Service to aid in rescue efforts and maintain civil order, further demonstrating their commitment to the well-being of the realm's citizens.
