Altomare (French: Haut-Mer), officially the Republic of Altomare, is one of the twenty-five republics of Omerica, almost completely surrounding Romainbourg and additionally bordering Braganza to the north and west, North Provence to the south and the Great Eastern Bight to the east.

Residents of the republic are referred to as Altomarines in English or haut-marins in French.
