Cuisine

The Apollonian cuisine reflects the impact of the dry, balmy Mediterranean climate, the craggy terrain that provides ample grazing for sheep and goats, and the abundant seafood available along the coast.

The core constituents of Apollonian dishes comprise garlic, olives, and olive oil, sardines, rockfish, sea urchins and octopus, lamb and goat, chickpeas, and locally grown fruits, such as grapes, peaches, apricots, strawberries and cherries.

Similar to other parts of Romaia, the cuisine of Apollonia boasts a range of pasta dishes owing to the influence of Italic cuisine.
