This is a list of some of the modern orders, decorations and medals of Romaia.
Some like the Saint Constantine Order are awarded to both the armed forces and civilians. Others are decorations of a pure civilian or military character. Only four of the 19 Ministerial orders have survived the reform of the Romaian system of decorations in 1965. The others were replaced by the Order of Merit.
The bulk of the top current civil and military decorations granted by the Government of Romaia in a discretionary manner trace their origins back to the 19th and 20th centuries.
