The Vovilveante 2024 World Cup bid, also known as the Denzal–Vœyetska 2024 World Cup bid is an intended joint bid to host the 2024 World Cup by Denzal and Vœyetska. The main city is planned to be Vovilveante.
Monnas, Paraboca being chosen to host for the 2023 Winter Olympic Games sent Vœyetska's interest for hosting elsewhere escalated. Determined to host a major sporting event, they chose to go in the direction of hosting a World Cup. The bid was announced a week and a half after Monnas was selected as host city for the Winter Olympics. If the bid is successful it would mark the first co-hosted World Cup in history.
History
In early 2020 the Vœyetska Football Federation (Swedish: Voeyetska fotbollslandslaget) publicly announced their intentions of launching a bid to host a world cup by the year 2025. In June of 2020 Friendship Arena, the home of the Vœyetska national football team and Estløserien team AIF Sjédal began expansion that was completed in August of the same year. The expansion saw the building's capacity go from 70,000 to 80,000 to produce more revenue from ticket sales as well as increase the chances of hosting a major sporting event. It marked the second time that Friendship Arena was renovated, the first time being in the summer of 1998, nearly ten years after it had held games in the 1989 Ídolfsvinn World Cup. On 4 November 2021 Vœyetskan Olympics delegate Solveig Dahlin publicly announced that Vœyetska made a bid with Sjédal being the host city for the 2023 Winter Olympic Games. Friendship Arena was chosen as the location for the opening and closing ceremonies for the games. On XX, Monthember 2022, Monnas, Paraboca was selected to host the games with a total of 30 votes. Daal, Greater Normark placed second with 14 votes and Sjédal placed third with 5 votes. It is likely that Vœyetska would not have submitted a bid to host if they had received the rights to host the Olympics.
Just a week and a half after Monnas was declared the host city, the Vœyetska Football Federation publicized another bid, this one to co-host the 2024 World Cup with northern neighbor, Denzal. According to the VFF, the World Cup Organization argued that Vœyetska itself would not be suited to host a modern-day World Cup due to lower capacity venues despite the expansion of Friendship Arena and also . The Denzal Football Federation (Denzali: Denzali Fiutvel Vacarithari) themselves have also been open to the idea of hosting a World Cup because of the popularity of the sport in the country and being very much capable of doing so. As a compromise, Vœyetska allowed Denzal to co-host with them, but with the exception of letting Vovilveante be the main location of the tournament.
On 12 February 2022 Vœyetskan sports newspaper SPORTSBACK issued an article saying that Vœyetska, Denzal, and Sateroc were negotiating the possibility of adding Sateroc to the joint bid with a venue in Kolkesburg. The article was written by a rather reputable insider, Leon Helmkvist who apparently had connections with VFF President Karl Vahlström. Vahlström later denied such interactions despite the VFF confirming that Sateroc was added to the joint bid on 2 March 2022, with a venue in Kolkesburg that would be in consideration with the possibility of making a brand new stadium for the occasion. Sateroc just overcame a long-lasting dictatorship that was overthrown by a coup in 2019 that would allow for Sateroc to potentially host. Subsequently, Jonrov Mornes was elected as president of the country.
The bid was then re-branded to the Denzal–Vœyetska–Sateroc 2024 World Cup bid. Originally, the Denzal–Vœyetska bid was set to have eight stadiums, but this number was allocated to nine following Sateroc's acceptance into the joint bid.
On 28 March 2022 the Estovian Football Association (Estovian: Eestlati Fulgpalo Asociācija) met with the VFF and DFV to discuss the possibly of being added to the joint bid, but it was concluded that Estovia wasn't completely suitable for a World Cup with the largest stadium currently with a capacity of 15,315, low interest in the sport, lower population than most countries, and if a stadium was built specifically for the World Cup in Estovia with a a large capacity would be hard to fill on other occasions.

As time for the Estovian Football Association was quickly diminishing, the EFA desperately made plans to build a 50,000 seat arena in the country's second largest city, Nilva to be completed before October of 2023. But as soon as the idea was taken to the local government of the city, the plans were unquestionably rejected because of high costs that the city didn't want to help fund, low interest in the sport, and the question of what the arena would be used for after the World Cup.
Qualification
Regardless of what nations host the tournament, the World Cup will be played by 32 teams determined by winners of the qualification stage with 64 participants. If the 2024 World Cup has any less than 64 national teams in the qualification round (comparable to the 2023 edition of the tournament) and if the Denzal–Vœyetska bid is successful, Denzal will receive a bye, then Vœyetska and then the highest ranked team going into the qualification stage, then the second highest and so on.

Concerns
On 12 April 2020 in a meeting with VFF staff, then-major of Sjédal, Sylvia Andersdotter expressed concern over the idea of a modern World Cup being played in Vœyetska due to the potential violence with the circumstances of the time, but did admit that it would be quite astonishing to see the World Cup played in her home country.
