Lieutenant-General Sir. Hikaru Komaki KG, GCB, CLE, ONA (6 June 1901 - 22 August 2012) was a New Akibander soldier, officer and librarian who fought during the Second Europan War. He is best known for his role during the Third Joyonghean-Quenminese War, as part of the Second Europan War where he was the overall commander of the New Akiba Joyonghea Expeditionary Force until its dissolution in 1945. He continued his military career as Commander of the Royal New Akiba Defence Guards during the War of Lorican Aggression. As with his successor's experience, New Akiba was never able to be invaded thanks to a strong military build-up influenced by Komaki himself. He subsequently retired from army life in 1960 and became involved in book keeping, opening one of Aoraki's biggest accounting firms, He later opened the Aoraki National Library and Archives, which would then become to be the biggest library in the South Island of New Akiba.
