The flag of Ostry is a horizontal tricolour of blue, white, and green with three white stars on the upper hoist.
Despite appearing as earlier as the 1920s, the flag was only officially adopted in 1986 following administrative reforms that made Ostry a devolved free state of Werania. Today, it sees wide use on the island, especially in nationalist and separatist circles.
History
Proportions and colours
The official proportions of the flag is 2:3, with the stars positioned in the upper hoist. The three colours present were officially given set values in a 2007 amendment to the Regional Symbols Act of 1986.
