The Zhenian Civil War (Zhenian: 진국내전) was a series of military conflicts fought in modern-day Zhenia mainly between the Shindan dynasty, its supporting factions and the remnants of the Empire of Greater Wu that had lasted intermittently from 1851 to 1868. Although the war consists of numerous phases, the course of the war is normally divided into two phases - the first phase from 1851 to 1854 with the war being primarily between the Shindan dynasty and surviving factions loyal to the Empire of Greater Wu, and a second phase from 1856 to 1868, involving the stabilization and integration of former Greater Wu entities into what would become the Empire of Zhenia.
