San Salvador ("Holy Savior") is the capital and the most populous city of Creeperopolis and its department of the same name. It is the country's political, cultural, educational, and financial center. The Metropolitan Area of San Salvador, which comprises the capital itself, has a population of 49,000,000 making it the largest city in the world, surpassing Ankarabad by 4,000,000 people.

San Salvador is also an important financial hub of the Southern landmass. The city is home to the Council of Senators and the Imperial Palace of San Salvador, the Emperor's residence. San Salvador is located between several mountains, including two volcanoes, and is just south of Lake San Salvador. The city is also home to the Catholic Archdiocese, the Archdiocese of San Salvador. The San Salvador Metropolitan Area contains Creeperopolis' largest church, the Cathedral of Christ the King, and the Papal State's largest church, St. Peter's Basilica.

The neighboring Creeperian vassal state, the Papal State is legally part of the San Salvadoran metropolitan area and belongs to the Archdiocese of San Salvador.

The city was almost entirely destroyed during the Siege of San Salvador during the Creeperian Civil War.
