Régulo Moran (born 26 May 1964) is a Carlosian military officer. He is the current Chief of the General Staff of Carloso. He was previously commander of the Third Army. He is the son of James Moran, President of Carloso from 1981 to his assassination in 1987. Since 2015 he has also been the Chairman of the Carlosian Armed Forces Security Committee and is a member of the National Defence Board.
