Régulo Arthura Moran (born 26 May 1964) is a Carlosian military officer. He is the current Chief of the General Staff of Carloso. He was previously commander of the Third Army. He is the son of Jair Moran, President of Carloso from 1981 to his assassination in 1987. Since 2015 he has also been the Chairman of the Carlosian Armed Forces Security Committee and is a member of the National Defence Board. Moran saw action in the Bourgougian Blitz and the Carlosian intervention in the Acrary Civil War. In 2010 he played a crucial role in the success of the Corrective Revolution, which resulted in crippling of the country's historical arrangement of political parties and the continuing domination of the current National Salvation-led administration. His brother is Jorge Moran, who is currently the Speaker of the National Assembly of Carloso.
