The Cacertian Whitecliff Air Fleet (abbreviated CWCAF) is an air fleet formation of the CRAF based and headquartered at Joint Operations Command, Whitecliff in Shalum. It is the Royal Air Fleet’s oldest extranational air fleet formation having been established in September 1972 in the aftermath of the amendment of the Altendorf Naval Treaty.

The mission of the CWCAF consists of three parts. Firstly, it plans, conducts, controls, and coordinates air operations for Cacertian Eracura Command. Second, the CWCAF maintains a level of readiness necessary for the complaint of directed military operations. And lastly, it assists in the mutual defense of Shalum. It differs from the newer base in JOC, Solaris, in that the CWCAF fields a larger number of aircraft in various roles ranging from interceptors to strategic bombers and logistical aircraft.

The current commanding officer of the CWCAF is Aerial Admiral Lucretia Querini.
