Emilia Koopmann (born June 24, 1968) is a Weranian former politician who served as Premier of Werania from June 2011 to September 2013 and the Minister-President of Elbenweis from 2006 to 2011. The second female premier in Weranian history Koopmann is the only centre-left women to have been premier being a member of the Social Democratic Radical Party of Werania.

Koopmann was elected as the youngest Minister-President of Elbenweis in 2006 at the age of 38 in the wake of the 2005 Euclean credit crunch. Forming a government with the Modern Centre Party Koopmann became recognised as a leading centre-left voice in Werania. In 2010 she led the SRPO to re-election in Elbenweis leading to the SRPO to announce she would become the party's premier-candidate (spitzenkandidat) for the 2011 federal election. Although she was elected with the support of the SRPO right Koopmann was seen as being in the centre of the party supportive of social democratic policies. During the 2011 campaign Koopmann shifted the SPRO's rhetoric to the left leading the SRPO to become the largest party in the House of Deputies with the SRPO getting its best result since 1988. Koopmann formed a government with the PMZ which held a comfortable majority in both houses of the Bundestag.

When Koopmann came to power Werania had a very high unemployment rate leading to the government to focus on economic affairs. The government abandoned planned spending increases instead focusing on reduce both the deficit and debt through tax rises and spending cuts which quickly became controversial, particularly a pension reform in 2014. The government also launched a reform of the federal civil service, raised the minimum wage and introduced same-sex marriage.

The governments unpopularity meant that in 2014 it looked almost certain to be defeated in elections for both the lower and upper house in 2015. This led to the right wing of the party led by Viktor Oberhauser to launch a leadership challenge against Koopmann which triggered her resignation in September 2014. Koopmann did not run in the 2015 election and subsequently was appointed by Community of Nations Secretary-General Ekaterine Beruchashvili as a special representative on the Commission for Gender Equity.

In 2022 Koopmann announced she would run to be the Forward Euclea candidate for the 2022 Euclean presidential election. She secured the nomination in early September.
