Wen Kezhi (问可知; born May 24, 1950) is a Shangean politician, economist and former intelligence officer who is currently serving as the Premier of Shangea since 2022. He previously served as President of the Bank for United Development, being elected for a four year term in 2016 and re-elected by the board of governors in 2020. Wen previously served as the Chief Executive of the Shangean Monetary Authority from 2004 to 2016, as well as having a previous stint as deputy governor of the monetary authority from 1995 to 2004.

A graduate of the University of Morwall Wen was a member of the Revolutionary Guard, the gendarmerie force attached to the Shujichu, until 1984. He subsequently would work as an economist for the Shangean Monetary Authority, the central bank of Shangea. Wen was appointed to the executive board in 1990 and deputy chief executive in 1995, eventually being appointed as chief executive in 2004. A developmental economist Wen was known as central bank governor to push for a reduction in interest rates and adopting a looser monetary policy focusing on spurring economic growth rather then inflation reduction.

Wen's appointment as president of the BDU was seen in part to shift the organisation to support more ambitious development projects although critics allege that under his tenure the BDU have ignored corruption issues stemming from BDU-financed projects. He was the first Shangean national to serve as BDU president since the organisation's creation.

In 2022 he was appointed as premier of Shangea by State Chairman Yuan Xiannian becoming a member of the State Presidium of Shangea.
