Máximo Víctor Illescas Freixa was a Creeperian politician who served as the Prime Minister of Creeperopolis, the Chairman of the National Conservative Party, and the Secretary of the Creeperian Initiative. He was a member of the Second Parliament of Creeperopolis and was the nation's final Prime Minister. He held de jure power in Parliament during the Creeperian Civil War.
