Alexandra Andreeva Stamboliyskaya (born 24.01.1970) is the incumbent Chairman of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the Assembly of Soviets of Tanayan SPR.

Born in Vishnegrad, the center of the aviation industry of TSPR, Stamboliyskaya graduated from the 67th Mathematical School of Vishnegrad and then tied her life to the Central Institute of Mathematical Economy, where she studied and worked for 32 years, during 12 of which she was also presiding in the Republican Economic Council chairmanship. A faithful apprentice of Ivan Plamenev, she conducted a strong centralization politics while leading industrial robotic rearmament in 2000s and 2010s. When a combination of internal intrigues and debates eventually forced her to resign as the Chairman-Director, she was approached by the CEC of AoS for the position of the Chairman of its Presidium. She assumed the duites on March 30, 2019.

Economic policies of Stamboliyskaya were characterized as highly risky, the best example being the 7th Four-Year Plan of 2004 and the 11th Four-Year Plan of 2020, both handcrafted by her. She is known to be less active politically than her predecessors; however, she was present as an official representative of the Presidium on several international occasions such as the 2019 Schloe Economic Conference. Her most notable action up to this day wa the formulation of the 11th Four-Year Plan calling for militarization of Tanayan economy.
