Jaad el-Kaleel is a Jaginistani terrorist known for being the leader of Al-Fijar since October 2020, succeeding Mukhtar Babu Ubair after his death at the hands of a Zamastanian airstrike on September 29th, 2020. El-Kaleel is labeled as the 'most-wanted person' by multiple countries, most prominently being the security council member states of the Coalition of Crown Albatross. The ZIS offers a Z$40 million reward for information or intelligence leading to his capture.
In early September of 2021, following the Barona Mall bombing in Lower Tariel and multiple other attacks; in Mai, Timeria; Kuye, Emmiria; and Bennom, Qolaysia; el-Kaleel called on al-Fijar to attack "supporters of the Jaginistan government", alluding to the member states of the Coalition of Crown Albatross.
